The short version: we collect only what we need to help you, we keep it safe, and you can ask us to remove it.
What we collect
When you contact us we collect the details you give us: your name, email, phone and what you tell us about your situation. When you use a tool on this site, your answers stay in your browser. We do not require an email to see a tool result.
Why we hold it
To reply to you, to give you a quote, and, if you become a client, to do your work and meet our regulatory obligations as chartered accountants and registered tax practitioners.
Your POPIA rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email info@arborinc.co.za and we will action it.
How long we keep it
As long as the law requires for tax and accounting records, and no longer than necessary for everything else. We do not sell your information, and we do not run newsletters or follow-up sequences you did not ask for.
