Keep your company in good standing without thinking about it

CIPC deadlines do not announce themselves, and since 2024 a missed beneficial ownership filing blocks your annual return entirely. We keep your statutory record clean, current and compliant so your company never trips on its own paperwork.

FAQ

The things people actually ask us

Since July 2024, CIPC requires a beneficial ownership declaration before it will accept an annual return. If yours has not been filed, the system blocks you. We file both together and set reminders so it never recurs.

CIPC eventually deregisters the company, which means it ceases to exist legally, with banks freezing accounts as a result. Reinstatement is possible but slow and costly. Prevention is a far better fee.
